Each year Student Women's Conference, formerly known as Women's Leadership Conference, helps women learn to be effective leaders in the different roles they will have throughout their lives.

The conference includes special speakers, followed by breakout sessions that cover topics relevant to women in today's world.

The conference is free and open to all female BYU students, faculty and staff. No registration is required. Sunday dress is appropriate. The conference is sponsored by Leadership Education and Women’s Services & Resources.

The theme of this year's conference was "Doubt not, fear not." Guest speakers included Julie de Azevedo, Randy Bott, Todd and Debbie Parker, Elain Witt, Karen Pool, and LaNae Valentine.
